A seasoned business leader, entrepreneur, and leadership consultant, Eugene brings over 25 years of expertise in strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation. He has guided Fortune 500 companies, family businesses, and social enterprises across Asia Pacific and beyond.

Eugene was previously Senior Partner and Consulting Managing Director at Korn Ferry Singapore, where he rose through the ranks to eventually lead the largest office in SE Asia. Beyond firm-level engagements, he has also worked with governments in Singapore, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia on industry initiatives and national workforce competitiveness programs.

Combining operational insights with strategic advisory, Eugene excels at designing and executing complex consulting solutions that foster alignment and innovation at the highest levels.
