Eugene Chang is CEO of Leadership Choices and creator of the Contextual Fluency™ Architecture — a leadership system that surfaces the hidden assumption behind most leadership failure: that what worked here will work anywhere.

Over 25 years as a business leader and organisational consultant, Eugene has advised Fortune 500 companies, family businesses, and social enterprises across Asia-Pacific. He was previously Senior Partner and Consulting Managing Director at Korn Ferry Singapore, rising to lead the firm's largest office in Southeast Asia.

Eugene works with public and private sector executive teams to diagnose and redesign the leadership and operating logic shaping how their organisations perform — beneath strategy. That work matters more as organisations encode those assumptions into systems, increasingly AI-driven ones, that scale them whether or not they fit — before the logic hardens into infrastructure.

He holds an EMBA from INSEAD, an executive diploma in Directorship from the Singapore Institute of Directors, and a BA in Computer Science from Boston University.
