Intern / Analyst

RIA is looking for an Intern/Analyst to join our team and be part of work that aims to create real impact across Asia.

You will get the chance to work alongside us on live projects, supporting research and analysis, shaping reports and presentations, and helping us bring people together through workshops and discussions. No two projects are the same, so it’s a great opportunity to learn across different topics and see how ideas turn into action.

We’re a small, collaborative team, so we’re looking for someone who is curious, thoughtful, and keen to learn. Someone who enjoys working in a flexible environment and wants to contribute in a meaningful way.

Senior Associate

RIA is looking for a Senior Associate to join our team and contribute to creating real impact across Asia.

You will work directly on live client projects, supporting research, analysis and advisory work. You will be involved with report writing, presentation design, and the organisation and facilitation of workshops, roundtables and discussions.

We’re a young, growing philanthropy consultancy, so no two projects are the same. This role would suit someone who is thoughtful, resourceful and intellectually curious, with strong writing skills, sound research judgement, and the ability to move quickly across different topics, countries and contexts.

As part of a small and collaborative team, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with clients, partners and sector leaders, contribute to meaningful work, and continue building your skills in a flexible, learning-focused environment.

This flexible role is designed around approximately 20–30 hours per week and would suit a self-motivated professional with strong strategy consulting experience, excellent analytical and writing skills, and a genuine interest in solving complex social challenges.
