Her Story
Kaitlyn is a researcher and strategist with a particular interest in understanding the ideas, structures, and assumptions that underpin how organisations and systems work. She enjoys getting beneath the surface of complex issues and bringing them together to inform strategy and impact.
Prior to joining RIA, Kaitlyn was an Associate in the Sustainability and Climate Change team at PwC Singapore, where she worked across strategy, research, stakeholder engagement, climate risk, social supply-chain risk, and sustainability reporting for organisations in the real estate, manufacturing, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and higher education sectors. Her work involved making sense of complex technical, regulatory, and qualitative information and distilling it into clear findings and recommendations for decision-makers. She also developed thought leadership and training materials on sustainability and climate-related topics.
Previously, Kaitlyn was a Manager in the Strategy and Impact team at Temasek Foundation, where she worked on organisation-wide strategic planning and the development of Impact Measurement and Management frameworks for programmes including those on climate change, education, and public health. She also managed consulting engagements, supported strategic discussions with senior leadership, and worked with external partners on initiatives across the Foundation’s portfolio. Earlier in her career, Kaitlyn worked across sustainability consulting, aviation consulting, and impact investment. These experiences allowed her to work across a wide range of sectors and geographies, from supporting private equity due diligence across Asia-Pacific and North America to researching climate technology opportunities in African markets.
Kaitlyn holds an MSc in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys reading and writing, immersing herself in music, film, and theatre, and spending time in nature.
