Her Story
Lee Xuan’s interest in social impact began through building community initiatives in school, experiences which have shaped a passion for creating meaningful change.
A second-year Economics undergraduate at NUS College, she has continued to pursue this passion in her co-curricular activities with Thrive Social Consulting. There, she has analysed organisational structures and derived insights that contribute to strategic refinement, strengthening her skills in research, analysis, and strategy.
Outside of work, Lee Xuan has a keen interest in film and TV shows. She enjoys engaging with their unfolding stories and discussing them with friends.
