Her Story
Tori joined RIA as a manager in August 2024.
She has 9+ years of experience working in the public and development sectors across a range of issue areas, including climate, education, and health. Tori is dedicated to tackling complex social and environmental issues through rigorous analysis, strategic advisory, and meaningful collaboration.
At RIA, she predominantly works with philanthropic foundations and non-profit organisations to develop new strategies and initiatives that can help to deliver and sustain their impact in the region. Often her work extends beyond this to provide hands-on implementation support, translating strategies into action.
Prior to joining RIA, Tori worked in the international team of Social Finance UK, where she specialised in the design and implementation of innovative and outcomes-based financing mechanisms. In the public sector, Tori spent 3 years teaching in London under the Teach First programme.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Chinese from the University of Leeds, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from UCL. She also holds a Philanthropy Fellowship Certificate from AVPN and the Cambridge Judge Business School, and has been a returning guest speaker for the Wealth Management Institute’s Philanthropy and Social Impact course in Singapore.
Outside of work, Tori is a keen traveller and cook. She loves immersing herself in new cultures and seeking out local culinary experiences.
